Booking process
1. Inquire via email
Provide your event details along with date, time, location, guest count, items of interest, and contact information. Please send inquiries to singh.kashka@protonmail.com
2. Availability
If your date is available, we'll schedule a phone call to discuss your event further.
3. Phone call
Share your vision with us, and we’ll share our services and pricing based on your needs, including menu selection and quantities.
4. Booking
We welcome you to reserve your date with a deposit as soon as you’re ready to move forward. We know plans can change, so the final menu can be adjusted up until two weeks before the event.
5. Final details
Once your date is secured, we confirm final details (including decor and setup if needed) to ensure everything is ready to go for the day of.
6. Day of event - decor and setup/takedown
Our team arrives on site two hours before start time for setup. We get straight to business and ensure every detail is perfect to ensure a beautiful and memorable experience for you and your guests. After your event, we'll arrive promptly to take everything down and send you home with any leftovers.
