Catering with setup & decor

Catering only, pickup/delivery
- Chai in steel dispensers (we deliver and pick up)
- Chai box (96oz of freshly brewed chai to go, about 10-12 servings each)
- Chai-cuterie platter (customizable platter of sweet and/or savory South Asian-inspired small bites that go perfectly with chai)
- Housemade chai-spiced jaggery sugar cookies (by the dozen)

Booking process

1. Tell us about your event
Please send inquiries to aslichai@protonmail.com, including your event details along with date, time, location, guest count, items of interest, and contact information. Please note that we require a minimum of 5 days’ advance notice for all bookings.

2. Customized proposal and quote
If your date is available, we'll schedule a phone call to discuss your event further. For small-scale events, this can also be done over email. Share your vision with us, and we’ll share our services and pricing based on your needs, including menu selection and quantities. We welcome you to reserve your date with a deposit as soon as you’re ready to move forward. We know plans can change, so the final menu can be adjusted up until 3 days before the event.

3. Final details
Once your date is secured, we confirm final details (including decor and setup if needed) to ensure everything is ready to go for the day of.

4. Day of event - decor and setup/takedown
We'll arrive on site one–two hours before start time for setup, depending on the scale of your event, and make sure every detail is perfect for you and your guests. After your event, we'll arrive promptly to take everything down and send you home with any leftovers.
